Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to confirm processing times.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at refunds@asocialstudio.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at refunds@asocialstudio.com with photo evidence of the defect or damage.


Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided, including the appropriate return address. Typically, returns are shipped directly to the Printify logistics facility or manufacturer. Please note:

To ensure safe delivery of returned items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
